Tim Smith has fly fished for this,
his 25th year. He is our resident
Bass fishing expert and is an excellent Sierra Trout fisherman
as well. He is also an accomplished Steelhead and Striper fanatic
as well an exquisite fly tier. Tim's easy going personality
and extensive expertise, has
made him a favorite with our clients. He is also a board member
of and the lead videographer for the California
Rivers Restoration Fund.
Travis Miller is the newest member
our our Service. I began fishing with him when he was a freshman
in High school and he has become a very accomplished angler. Travis
began guiding for us in 2003 and he has been very well received
by our clients. Now a student at San Jose Sate, Travis spends
his time between studying for tests and putting our clients into
fish. We look forward to many more years of fishing with Travis.
David Fong is an exceptional
fisherman and tremendous individual. He is amazing when it comes
to hooking Salmon on
the fly, and spends all Fall fishing our Tailwaters for
incoming "hook jaws"
and Steelhead. A Native of Sonora, Dave has earned himself a
reputation as one of the most
tenacious and lucky fisherman our area. I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone find
big fish as consistently as he does, and we are happy to have him aboard.
Joe Pearlman leads most of our more extreme outings.
Whether it is a twenty mile pack trip into the back country, or
a white water fishing journey. If it adventurous, he's there.
He really enjoys working hard to get to the best fishing possible,
and loves it when a group of our
clients feel the same. Joe is also a a fireman for USFS. (We just
hope we can keep it interesting enough for him).
