We have created this page to highlight
the work that The California
Rivers Restoration Fund (CRRF) and their partners, Cal-Trout,
California Sport Fishing Protection Alliance, Trout Unlimited,
Friends of the River, Friends of the Tuolumne, The National Heritage
Institute among others, are doing to protect and restore the rivers
of the West Slope Of the Sierra.
CRRF is dedicated to the protection
and restoration of our rivers. Many of you have fished on some
of the very riffles that the CRRF has built, studied, and protected
on the Lower Stanisluas, Merced, Tuolumne, Mokeulumne and the
Delta. Their Staff is comprised of Ph.d's. in fishery biology,
guides, historians, concerned anglers and conservationists, who
all share in that same goal... Protecting
our rivers!!
We encourage all West Slope anglers
to support the California
Rivers Restoration Fund in their mission to fight for the
preservation of the rivers we all so love to fish.
Please take a moment to read the articles
written by CRRF Staff and members.
